Villa Pearl
The “Pearl” is the largest villa of the complex which spreads at a total area of 108.00 sq.m. It is two-storey and can accommodate up to 7 people.
On the ground floor is the spacious living room and the fully equipped kitchen featuring traditional furniture, also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with an equipped column of hydro massage (jacuzzi). On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, which have beds (which can be split to four single ones upon your request), a bathroom with an equipped column of hydro massage (jacuzzi) and a w.c.
From both rooms the visitor has access to a large terrace to gaze the magnificent view of the Aegean sea, the Venetian castle and the Livadi beach, In addition, the guest can enjoy the captivating view from one room by going out a small balcony with the wooden paneled railing (characteristic of the island) through a blue traditional balcony door.
The villa is fully air conditioned and features products from leading companies in furniture, lighting, sanitary ware and mattresses (COCOMAT) for the best service and comfortable stay of visitors. Moreover, the “Peral” offers safes and luggage compartments for better service to tenants.
With simple, discreet and relaxing island decoration, the “Pearl” is a representative sample of the traditional architecture of the Aegean island equipped with all modern amenities to enjoy your stay on the island Astypalaia.
Finally, Villa Pearl has a small outdoor private heated pool with jacuzzi with panoramic views of the castle and the sea and relaxation area with sunbeds, its own independent storage room and its own parking space right next to the entrance of the villa.
